Separated by geography for several years, best friends Karmo and Jurgen harbored a long-standing dream of venturing into real estate development. Karmo had honed his skills in construction and management in Australia while Jurgen gained an understanding of the Bali real estate market and formed business relationships with key industry figures, gaining valuable knowledge and insights.

Their reunion this year marked a turning point in their lives. They seized the opportunity to transform their dream into a reality, leveraging their extensive skill sets and global knowledge. It was in this moment of convergence that Baliest Real Estate Development and Management was established, birthing their first project named Larente Villas.
