All our villas  will come with 1 -year  finishing and 5 – year structural warranties to ensure the peace of mind of the future owners of Larente  villas.

Not necessarily,  the process of purchasing a villa can  be  done online following the steps by our or your chosen legal team. The whole process will be transparent to make sure each step is done with due care.

If you have made your decision to purchase one or multiple units, all you need to do is to contact us and put down the deposit of 10% to secure your next investment. This will be followed by reviewing contracts and agreements before  starting with a payment plan.
